easy Record and Trim App Reviews

This is a super user-friendly app. It took no time to figure out how to edit my work. Worth the small price to upgrade for sure! There are so many more options once you do. I use this program to develop language support packages for work and for home. Would recommend it to anyone!

A little chatty, but easy to turn off

at the beginning program give the instructions but you can’t skip the instructions. and very bad menu finally it’s unusable. Please DONT download this app...

So far it does exactly what’s required. Removing the beginning and the end of some bootleg live song I’ve got , makinging it clear and straight. It saves the files in the original format, and it doesnt loose weigh or quality. Simple and clear. OSx seemed to have all them qualities, but in a such unorganized and close classic  approach. yo’ll take care

I tried to open this app three times and all the three times it stucked my iMac.

Great App!!

I just needed something to trim some mp3 files without making other changes. This let me do it easily and precisely, in less than a minute. The interface is really clear and intuitive. I tried a bunch of others before I found this one, and nothing worked as easily and quickly as this one!

Does the job with no hassle. I can trim one hour music lessons to the important bits. Great

I got it to trim heads and tails of MP3s without converting back and forth to WAV. Works great.

Does exactly what it says and easy to use.

I needed somthing to trim a few seconds off of a song and as soon as I launched this I was bombarded with popups every 5 seconds telling me how to work this thing. There was no way to make them stop. I deleted it after not even 30 seconds of use.

for a free program this is great. Lot’s of help file pop ups - works just like they said. The folks who complained about the pop ups didn’t take the 30 seconds it took me to stop them. This is free folks. To complain about a free program - well, it’s just childish.

Needed an audio editing application in a hurry to locate and clip audio clips from a 12 hour long recording. This application not only made it easier to find the sections of audio with more activity it allowed me to indicate a start and end location on the master recording to clip out the sections I wanted into a seperate file. This application is working wonderfully for my needs and only wish there was away to filter out background noises, not sure if that is a feature on the full application or not as I am only using the free version. Yes, there are pop ups with tips but if you take the time to look there is a setting to turn them off. Overall a great free application!

The app is great, but when I first opened the app it kept generating random pop ups with tips that never seemed to end. A needless interruption that mars and otherwise nice app.

plz add the ability to skip tutorial i was about to delete your app when it ended

Simple to use, loads fast, and only trims audio files with no need to re-encode. Can be used immediately without learning curve. Only minor disadvantage is the lack of deleting selections within the audio file. This functionality is greyed out and likely only works in the paid version of this app. I have not used the recording function but suppose it is as easy to use as other functionality.

and I’ve not used recording software before, so the very fact that I’ve easily begun to use this is a testament to its design.

Easy to use, thanks. My source MP3 file is 5MB, I trimmed the ends, and the result is a 6MB file. Why?

The App is very useful, intuitive and precise. I was able to easily crop out and create the audio tracks I needed. Just awesome.

If what you’re looking for is trimming MP3 files, then this’s the app for you cause it does what developers say it will do for free. If you want more, then you’ll have to upgrade the app. However, for me it does the job just being able to trim MP3. I trimmed a long file (like 3 hours plus of recording) & I had no trouble doing it. Thanks.
